I used to experiment with my handwriting when I was young. Lately, I’ve been playing around with my handwriting to use as fonts for my graphic work or website. Handwriting is somewhat similar to illustration…but needs more technique. I really admire the calligraphers out there.

My mother-in-law sent me a beautiful chopstick rest for my birthday. It is so delicate and elegant that I wanted to share it with everyone.
In any design, I think fonts are ways of expressing yourself. When I chose my fonts for my invitations, I wanted something formal and elegant that would represent both my fiancee and I. If I had the time, I may have considered calligraphy for the invitations.
I fell in love with this cute dangling heart pierce the moment my fiancee gave it to me. It can always be a prop for my desk when I’m not wearing it.
