Recipe:
Bread Flour 240g
All Purpose 60g
Sugar 30g
Milk 200ml
Butter 30g
Salt 4g
Yeast 5g
1) Microwave milk and butter together on High for 30 seconds.
2) Select &#8220;Dough&#8221; cycle; Add all ingredients in the order your machine requires.
3) First Rise: After the machine is done kneading, roll the dough into a ball. Cover with a damp cloth, and let dough rise [...]]]></description>

Recipe:<br />
Bread Flour 240g<br />

4) Second Rise: Gently deflate dough with your fist, then divide dough into 6 ovals. Cover with damp cloth, and let dough sit for 15 minutes.<br />
5) Top the dough with potato egg salad, cheese, and parsley. Beat egg, and lightly brush the egg onto the dough.<br />
6) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.</p>
